I'm Melissa ... doer of all the things here at La Di Dough.
My little studio is based in my home city of Lake Macquarie, on Awabakal land in New South Wales.
I'm a Senior School Library Technician by day and then I pop my creative hat on after hours.
La Di Dough was born in 2019 when I combined my love of colour and design with a noticeable lack of non-toxic, fun and creative learning activities for kids that also cause minimal impact on the environment.

I love what I do
After much thought, research and testing I'm super proud to say that my handmade play dough is not only non-toxic, the glitter I sprinkle is biodegradable, the packaging I source is reusable, recyclable and / or biodegradable and it's all shipped to you via a 100% carbon neutral delivery service.
