My order
How long will it take to process my order?
Because every batch of La Di Dough is freshly made by hand, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed.
Where do you ship to?
At this point in time, we only ship within Australia.
How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post to deliver your order. This can take 3 to 7 business days depending on where you live in Australia. (This is in addition to the time it takes to process your order.) Shipping timelines are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. We do not provide refunds for shipping delays.
Can I pick up my order?
If you are local to Lake Macquarie, Newcastle or surrounds, you can choose 'Local Pick Up' during the checkout process. Once your order has been processed, I'll contact you with a choice of days and times available for collection.
How do I return an item?
We work hard to ensure our products are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or faulty items, please send an email to helloladidough@gmail.com within 3 days to arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds or replacements are not provided for items that have been incorrectly ordered or if you change your mind. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

What age is La Di Dough recommended for?
We recommend for ages 3+ with parental supervision as dough can pose a chocking hazard. Although La Di Dough is non-toxic and smells pretty yummy, it has a high salt content so should not be consumed.
What is Therapy Dough?
Therapy Dough is a natural, take anywhere, stress reduction tool. Used just like a stress ball or fidget toy, it can then be popped back into its container ready for next time. The carefully chosen colour and scent combinations can help you rebalance and refocus using the senses of sight, smell and touch.
Sight: Soft hues bring on feelings of warmth, comfort and calm.
Smell: Pleasant, natural scents evoke positive feelings making you more relaxed.
Touch: The gentle, massage-like movement can help you concentrate and focus nervous energy.

What is biodegradable glitter?
Guilt-free, biodegradable glitter is made from a plant based film that is derived from the fibres of eucalyptus trees. It's 40% softer than plastic glitter, it will degrade in water and soil, and it's home compostable.
What do you use to colour La Di Dough?
The Australian made, bakery grade colours used in La Di Dough are peanut, wheat and egg free. None of the colours contain animal products.
Do you use essential oils in La Di Dough?
Yes ... and a little bit no. The vegan friendly, Australian manufactured fragrances in La Di Dough contain a high percentage of essential oils, however some contain tiny amounts of ingredients that are not directly formulated from plant origins due to the fact that the scent is difficult or impossible to produce any other way. None of the fragrances are tested on animals.
How do I care for my dough?
If used regularly, stored back in its pouch and sealed tightly, dough
can last up to 6 months. Play with clean hands on a smooth, clean
surface. If you notice your dough has become a little dry, just add a
drop of vegetable oil and knead until it becomes smooth again.
